Senior .NET / Blazor Developer (Frontend & Full-Stack)

Locations: Wrocław, Poland

Metegrity, a Metegrity Inc. Division develops Visions Enterprise®, an asset management software for refineries and petrochemical facilities.

We are seeking a Senior .NET / Blazor Developer to join our Poland team. In this role, you will take ownership of the frontend implementation, drive UI quality, and help evolve our application to industrial-grade readiness for field use. You will work on a mission-critical system that directly improves the efficiency and quality of industrial inspection processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong commercial experience with Blazor Server
  • Solid frontend fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, Responsive layouts, Component-based UI design
  • Extensive experience with C# and .NET technologies
  • Very good knowledge of ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API) and Entity Framework, JavaScript
  • Experience with modern responsive web application design & development
  • Good knowledge of Azure cloud environments
  • Solid understanding of design patterns, object-oriented design, and best practices
  • Database experience and good knowledge of SQL
  • High proficiency in English
  • Degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reusable Blazor components with a strong focus on UI performance and maintainability
  • Take ownership of frontend architecture and contribute to full-stack solutions
  • Propose and implement UI/UX improvements in collaboration with the product team
  • Collaborate with developers, Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analysts, and Architects throughout the development lifecycle
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making
  • Maintain high standards of software quality by promoting best practices, code reviews, and development standards
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical and application issues
  • Participate in planning, design reviews, retrospectives and release activities
  • Contribute to project documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Support deployment and maintenance of releases with a focus on usability, performance and scalability
