The requirements document should be developed in consultation with all the stakeholders involved and then it is important that these requirements are spelt out clearly to the potential software vendors.”

Some of the very important questions are related to technical requirements, functional requirements and user requirements that needs to be asked to the Software Vendor during the evaluation and selection process, in order to make sure that the right vendor and the right software are selected that meets the specific needs relating to the Asset Integrity Management System.”
